Quilting Training Workshop at Bhandup

‘Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation’ organises “Quilting training” workshop for men as well as women. The participants are trained in making quilts using old sarees and bedsheets. Considering the prevailing conditions of the regions where the quilts are distributed, they are stitched and closed from all four sides so that insects do not wriggle into the folds or the layers.

Quilts aptly symbolize the ‘warmth of love’ as these are the fruits of the efforts of the volunteers who infuse the warmth of love in those quilts whilst singing the praises of the Lord as they go about making the quilts.

One such Quilt-making training was organized in Bhandup which saw a participation of 63 people.
